Three Types Of Dessert That Pairs With Seafood Dishes

Many times people often choose to pair seafood dinner with dessert. Whether you are having a date night or a family dinner,  choosing the perfect dessert is a beautiful part of enjoying any meal. Research requires research to select a dessert with the right taste that pairs well with seafood. With that said, let’s delve into a few examples of desserts that complement any seafood dish perfectly.

Costas Inn Dessert Types

These desserts pair nicely with seafood.

Any Chocolate Dessert

Different types of seafood, like shrimp and crab cakes, are often coated in various other seasonings. It is a brilliant idea to pair your seafood entree with something sweet. Salty and sweet are timeless combinations that can excite any tastebuds. For example, chocolate mousse after seafood, or even a brownie, are great ways to enhance the salty taste of the entree.

Fruit Is A Healthy Dessert Option

Seafood is sometimes coated with a bit of lemon or lime to give it that extra kick. Citrus is a strong flavor that other fruity tastes should accompany. Any dessert with fruit is a great way to balance the citrus. For example, our peach cobbler or apple pie is also a decent option.

Sweet But Light Desserts

A dessert like ice cream can always be tasty after a meal. Cheesecake is another dessert to consider, as it comes in many options. When you keep yourself from heavier options like chocolate, you can enjoy dessert no matter how full you feel.
