Cooking Instructions
Crab Cakes
- Pre Heat oven to 450 Degress
- Place parchment paper on sheet pan
- Place Crab Cakes on paper
- Place Crab Cakes on bottom rack
- Cook For 8 minutes on bottom rack
- Turn Broiler on high(keep on bottom rack)
- Cook for 7 minutes until Cakes are golden brown
- Total cooking time is 15 minutes
Oyster Rockefeller
- Preheat oven at baking temp. of 400 °F.
- Thaw Rocks out at room temperature
- Remove cheese from oyster
- Place on sheet pan & put in pre-heated oven
- Cook 10-12 minutes until spinach is lightly brown
- Topped with cheese, bake until cheese is melted
Clams Casino
- Preheat oven at baking temp. of 400 °F.
- Thaw Clams out at room temperature
- Place on sheet pan & put in oven cook 15 minutes
- Top with provolone cheese melt until golden brown
Mushroom Caps
- Preheat oven at baking temp. to 400 °F.
- Place mushrooms caps with crab imperial on each cap on sheet pan.
- Put in oven with a little water under caps.
- Cook 10 minutes until crab starts to brown.
- Top caps with imperial topping.
- Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Crab Dip
- Preheat oven at 325 °F
- Cook for 20 min. until center is warm
- Heat @ 450 until top cheese is melted
- Heat bread @ 350 until lightly browned
Steamed Crabs
- Prebroil hot water
- Create steam
- Place seasoned crabs into boiling pot
- DO NOT PUT CRABS IN WATER
- Place something in the pot to keep crabs out of the water
- steam for 20-25 min
Stuffed Shrimp
- Preheat oven at baking temp. to 400 °F.
- Place stuffed shrimp on sheet pan & put in oven with little water under shrimp
- Cook 12-15 minutes until crab starts to brown.
- Top caps with imperial topping, bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
