Here Are Three Cooking Methods To Prepare Your Next Lobster Dinner

Cooking lobster can be a challenge. Research indicates that over 50 percent of people that buy live lobsters do not know how to cook them properly. A succulent lobster dinner can make any occasion or meal special when prepared correctly. Listed below are three different ways how to prepare lobster for your next seafood dinner.

Cook your lobster with any of these methods.

Steamed Lobster

Preparing steamed lobsters is relatively easy to do. Remember that when cooking them, you don’t have to wait until your water begins to boil to add your lobster. While steaming lobster, remember that you can also add a wide variety of seasonings and spices to your lobsters. Cooking times are also contingent upon the size of your lobsters.

Grilled Lobster

You can take your lobster to the next level by cooking it on your grill. The char-grilled flavor adds a kick to an already juicy lobster. There are also different tips that you can implement to cook your lobsters on the grill. Experts recommend that you split your lobsters before grilling to maximize the flavor. It would help if you coated both sides with garnishments like butter or olive oil. To prevent them from sticking to the grill, you should make sure that your grill is clean and preheated. It would be best if you also grilled the flesh side first and flipped the lobsters for an excellent all-around look.

Boiled Lobster

Boiling lobsters is by far the easiest way to cook lobster. You can keep the meat fresh by boiling your lobster instead of other cooking methods that can dry out the lobster meat. You can also add sea salt for taste when boiling. If you are cooking lobster for the first time, you should use the boiling method.
