Fish Should Be Cooked At A Low To Medium Temperature

Many people struggle to cook fish because they are unaware that they are using too high of a temperature. Generally speaking, you want to keep the temperature from low to medium heat. For example, you do not want to cook a fish over 350 degrees in the oven because there it could cause the fish to lose moisture. There are exceptions to this rule (ex: deep frying fish).
