The Holidays Are Almost Here! Give Crab Cakes As Gifts!

Are your out-of-state friends missing a taste of home? Then give them some crab cakes as a gift!

Thanksgiving has come and gone, and we hope you had your fill! Now that we have entered the last month of 2020, what are you thankful for? As difficult as this past year has been, there are still reasons to smile, such as having a virtual dinner party with friends and family as you chow down on our famous crab cakes! Are your out-of-state friends missing a taste of home? Then give them some crab cakes as a gift!

Serving Crab Cakes for Breakfast

Whether you want to give our famous crab cakes as a gift for someone you miss, or you just want to treat yourself, we are ready to take all of your orders. As unusual as it sounds, you can enjoy your favorite crab dish almost any time of day – including breakfast! Eggs benedict is already a filling meal, but pack on some more protein with mini crab cakes! Poached eggs, scrambled eggs, over-easy eggs, and cornmeal pancakes also make wonderful accompaniments.

Serving Crab Cakes for Lunch

Crab cakes are usually seen as a fancy dinner dish, but you can enjoy them at lunchtime, too. Thinking of planning a quick picnic before the snow and ice set in? Coleslaw and fresh veggies are a brisk way to add more texture and flavor, as are the following:

Serving Crab Cakes for Dinner

As we mentioned above, crab cakes are a popular dinner entree. If you love baked potatoes, then a twice-baked potato will delight you when paired with asparagus. Not a fan of asparagus? That’s okay! We also suggest alternatives such as goat cheese, arugula, roasted grape tomatoes, and even red onions. Other ideas include grilled corn, rice, couscous, and stuffed mushrooms.

Serving Crab Cakes for Dessert

Believe it or not, you can have crab cakes at dessert time, too. We know what you’re thinking – “how?” but bear with us! Berry pies, creme brulees, custard, tapioca pudding, mixed fruit bowls, and yes, even a light sweet cake can all be paired with this savory powerhouse.
