Our Refund Policy
We guarantee all of our crabcakes. After all, we want to make sure that every customer is pleased with their order, every time – it doesn’t matter if they come in to sit down, grab a carry-out order, or want to ship crabcakes across the country! But you can return any unused portion for a full refund. However, you will need to do this within 36 hours of receipt.
